The Original Whiskey Ball Duo Set with 2 Rock Glasses
The Original Whiskey Ball duo set with 2 rock glasses, a giftable bundle of sphere molds and glassware.
An ice sphere is the classic upgrade for whiskey and spirit-forward cocktails. Its round shape has the least surface area of any ice, so it melts slower than cubes and keeps your drink cold while diluting gently. Dropped into a rocks glass, a single clear ball looks unmistakably premium. Molds range from simple flexible silicone spheres to insulated designs that push toward clarity. Look at sphere size, how cleanly the mold releases, and whether it seals against leaks. Below we compare ice ball molds that shape smooth, well-formed spheres and fit comfortably in a standard home freezer.
