Coasters are cheap insurance for your furniture, catching the condensation that turns a cold drink into a water ring on the table. A good set does its job while adding a small style cue that ties your bar area together. Absorbent materials like cork, stone, and ceramic soak up moisture, while a cork or rubber backing keeps them from sliding around. Look at size against your usual glassware and whether they wipe clean easily. A holder keeps the set tidy between uses. Below we compare coasters that protect your surfaces and look good doing it.
