What we liked
- + Compact 6 by 9 inch size for citrus garnish
- + Non-porous composite designed not to absorb odors
- + Thumb hold and thin profile make it easy to store or move
Trade-offs
- - Plain rectangle, without the lemon shape of the board it replaces
- - Small surface leaves little room for more than a lemon or two
