What we liked
- + Epare makes a range of bar tools, so the kit matches other pieces
- + Wooden hammer is gentler on counters than a metal meat tenderizer
- + Canvas bag keeps shards contained instead of scattering ice
Trade-offs
- - Check the bag size before buying to know your crushing capacity
- - Wooden mallet should not soak or go in the dishwasher
